Our Content Production Review offers clients an assessment of their current output, a plan for improvements and support to put that plan into action. We can help clients achieve greater on-air impact in editorial content, creative production, effective use of graphic elements, studio usage, set design, new technologies, and the work of on-screen talent.

Our Approach
The Content Production Review is a three-step process: Assessment, Development and Implementation.
We deliver our initial findings after the Assessment step and then work with clients to form a Development Plan for their programmes. Our team will provide the Implementation Support to help clients put the plan into action.
1) Assessment
- Understand programme objectives in terms of channel remit, business aims and audience demand/expectation through interviews with senior managers/commissioning editors, and review of audience data
- Examine current output and that of market competitors
- Define areas for improvement in current content
- Identify areas where new formats may be developed
2) Development Plan
- Devise improvement plan for current content
- Work alongside client team in concept development of new formats
- Devise multi-platform approaches
- Assess impacts on production workflows
- Define recruitment/training needs
3) Implementation Support
- Project management of change process (e.g. set design, technology upgrade, or workflow changes)
- Guide rehearsal process for new or refreshed shows
- "Hand-holding" team through to go-live day
